Corrine Murphy, founder El Viaje
Corrine Murphy, herself a mother of two lively young boys, understands the unique challenges that families face in today’s corporate and economic environment. Corrine, having lived and worked overseas for most of the last five years, started her young family away from her own support environment and was disappointed with the lack of support structure and attention to detail once the introduction was done from the traditional au pair agencies she experienced.
Corrine’s background in the health industry provides a solid foundation for understanding the management of relationships, in good times and bad. Corrine branched out to developed a range of executive skills in business development and delivery of services. Furthermore, she is a Mum with first hand experience as a ‘Host family’ enjoying a very happy and mutually beneficial relationship with overseas au pairs.
Carolyn Frichot, El Viaje Communication Consultant
Carolyn Frichot is a communications consultant with over 25 years experience in assisting people to realise their goals through strategic planning and communication. Carolyn lives in a multi-cultural family, has travelled extensively and raised a teenage family, while running her own business. This background brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the unique needs of working families, as well as understanding and appreciating the benefits of cultural diversity to family life.
Carolyn will assist in the planning of goals and objectives and in the vital communication and support services required in all cultural exchange programs.
