El Viaje has established a high reputation and repeat clientele. This is due to the fact our agency provides fantastic service both to our host families and our au pairs alike. We ensure that the au pair or nanny placed with families is received, orientated and has open access to other au pairs and our staff for support.
It is for this reason we must have partners who uphold the same values, quality and objectives as El Viaje agency. We choose to work with IAPA accredited agencies to source our fine au pairs. Our partners are wonderful and we have long and well established inter-agency alignment.

Whilst we already have established exclusive arrangements in place for regions, the world is large and we are happy to consider new partners.
